“Went today Sunday to the main restaurant located under the reception. It was lunch time and we were alone. I ordered a pizza and it was good. My girlfriend ordered an asian noodle soup with pork. It failed to comeand we had to ask for it two times. It finally came when I had finished my pizza. Nobody gave an explanation, let alone an apology. My girlfriend barely touched her soup and told me on the way out that the pork was not fresh.... No wonder nobody asked us if we had enjoyed the food... It was as if the personnel was hiding....”

“Always my most favorite hua hin hotel. The staff are nice, polite and professional in every visit I have been here. The facilities are very well equipped. The atmosphere are very relaxing. The breakfast menu and varieties are excellent. The room are very clean and comfortable. The location is superb especially during weekend as it has cicada night market at the hotel entrance where I can just walk from hotel to enjoy hawker or booth shopping, eating,drinking and music moment.”
