“We arrived late at night, tired & hungry….and it all turned around as soon as we checked in. Karen was the absolute best and was so helpful and caring for us. The hotel is well kept and the lobby is beautiful. We had the $15 buffet for breakfast and it did it’s job. We aren’t talking fine dinning but it was way better than a “typical” hotel breakfast. Will be returning next trip to Charleston!”
