“We had planned an evening together, but the hotel we had been told we had a room did not in fact have space for us (not their fault, long story). We booked last minute at the Marriott, and they were very friendly, accommodating and comfortable. They opened our wine for us, and it was good stay overall.”

“The hotel staff and the room were definitely not upto the standards. One of our worst hotel stays ever.
The room was not equipped with 1) toiletry- body lotion- we asked for it and we were told they don’t have it 2) chipped bathrooms that made it look like a motel 3) not even a trash bin. Even a 2 star motel would provide all the amenities for the high price
The front desk staff are discourteous and are either on their phones or just stand there chatting away, also clear with their lack of ability to at bare minimum be apologetic for their lack of inventory. the cleaning staff are rude for minimal requests, because we had a dog with us we wanted to make sure no one opened the door when we weren’t around- so we tried informing them that we do not need room service to which the reply was a rude “no we won’t do it anyway”.
This is seriously not Marriott standard and we would never be booking here again!”
