“Hotel was in a good location..close to the Green Hill's mall and not far from restaurants and etc. Room was clean and hotel was nice. I called prior to booking my stay to see if the outdoor pool was heated since it was the beginning of October and my little one wanted to swim. The person I talked to told me the pool was heated, however when we went to swim, the pool was not heated and the pool didn't seem to be functioning properly. The hotel bar/restaurant was also not open which is was very disappointing as this was advertised on their website. I was also charged twice for my room. Overall, it was an okay stay but I will probably go with a different hotel next time.”

“This is a hidden little gem. Courtney was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. There were a couple of minor problems but Courtney worked with Mark and they both took care of the issues. The entire staff was accommodating and friendly. It is within walking distance of Green Hills Mall which has several choices of restaurants. Starbucks is at the mall along with a movie theatre. The outside patio has an adorable water fountain and a brick fire pit. The fitness room was open 24 hours and it had everything I needed. The pool on the roof top was absolutely relaxing an a romantic space for a bottle of wine in the evening. The bistro was quaint and offered drinks and a small but delicious menu. Overall I do think that Marriott needs to address some “wear and tear” issues but they did not affect our stay. The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, there were plenty of linens. It was parents weekend at our daughters college and when we arrived to pick her up she was sick. Vanderbilt Walk In Clinic was around the corner along with Walgreens. This was a perfect stay for her to relax, unwind and heal just in time for classes on Monday. Also, the lobby area and the rooftop areas provided space for my husband to work. We will be back next month to visit our daughter and stay at this little gem! Thanks again to Courtney and Mark!”
