“I would love to rave about this place. The front desk team was great during my stay. However, I contacted them about a cockroach in my room and the response I got was some version of “that happens with this weather down here” and they offered no solution whatsoever. Further, I contacted them about a shirt I left in the closet. I gave them the room number, where I left it, and a description. It was a very important shirt. The final resolution was “we didn’t find it,” which, frankly, is hard to comprehend given no one was in my room besides me and their team and somehow it disappeared. They were attentive, but gave zero solution or offered any compensation of any kind for two very significant issues. Not a chance I’d go back.”

“Stayed at this Holiday Inn with my wife and dog. The hotel charges a reasonable fee for pets. It is in a perfect location, close enough to good restaurants and bars. The room was clean and new. The valet parking is fast and efficient if you use their app. It is the perfect hotel for a short stay in Charleston. Highly recommended.”
