“Great hotel right next door to Wembley Arena. 10 minute walk to the Tube. Took about 35 minutes to get to Parliament/Big Ben. Felt safe in neighborhood. Good outlet shopping next-door. Clean, large room. Staff was great, especially the breakfast staff! So friendly and attentive. Only minus would be the view from our room, a brick wall.”

“Hotel rooms a good size, but appalled at the fact that we had to take our luggage up by ourselves resulting in my brother spraining his leg!
Car park is a nuisance as with apparently practically invisible signs we got car park fined twice of £60each time to park outside the hotel for more than 20 mins... I will simply not go back to the hotel!”
