“I always stay at the Conrad in Dubai. The location is ideal and the facilities wonderfully modern and comfortable. But the reason I enjoy my stays is the staff. From the greeting at the door to the restaurants and lounge staff there is always a smile and an offer of service. For example there was Rita in the lounge.
