“No pongo menos porque no puedo. El trato hacia los residentes es frío y escaso. Política de vestimenta y normas acusadas. Hay que vestir pantalones largos para poder cenar. Para una trabajadora con excelente trato hacia los residentes la corren por hablar con los huéspedes. No volveré a este hotel. Sin calidad humana. Donde la esencia caribeña se pierde solo hay fiesta con bebidas adulterados”

“La mejor experiencia que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Un hotel muy bonito, con todos los servicios dentro del hotel, restaurantes de especialidades, farmacia, tienda de recuerdos, ropa, variedad en espectáculo cada día en el teatro y mucho más. Las ruinas dentro del hotel y la fauna combinada con la vegetación es excelente. La playita que tiene esa excelente.”
